Ordering

Once you have decided on the design that you are looking for, Bahagia will receive your order and advise you, usually within 24 hours, if the piece is in stock. Once your order is confirmed and payment is made to the designated bank account the shipment is sent almost immediately.

If a special order is required, Bahagia will advise you within 24 hours of the availability of materials (beads, gemstones, findings) as small changes may be necessary to the piece, and an estimate of time for the completion of your order as this may vary. Once you have agreed with that and payment is made, Bahagia will then manufacture your exclusive piece and ship it to you within the agreed timeframe.

Special Orders

Special orders that are not recreations of pieces featured on the website are treated on a deeper personal level and should be discussed directly with the designer.

All Bahagia Jewellery pieces over $100 come with a special charm made of fine silver crochet wire. Special orders (as outlined above) will come with the initial letter of your choice although items in stock that are $100 or over can be arranged to include this very special treat. The charm is removable and can be used as an extra feature on any necklace, bracelet or as a bag charm. Use as a key ring is not recommended as it is a very delicate piece and made of both fine and sterling silver, it is easily damaged through contact with keys and other items you may have inside your bag.

 

Freight

Bahagia ships internationally and uses Australia Post for all deliveries. For Domestic orders, packages under 500g will be sent by Registered Express Post. Packages over this weight will be delivered via Registered Regular Parcel post. Packages over 500g will include insurance and require receipted delivery.

For international orders, a freight charge is calculated according to weight and your method selection. There will also be a separate charge for insurance, necessary for the type of product we are despatching. This also means it will be a receipted delivery. International Air Mail delivery time is usually 7 working days; Economy Air can be up to 10 – 14 working days.

Returns

Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, can be fully exchanged for any other item of the same value. Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by Bahagia supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case Bahagia will pay the freight.
